The Admin serves as the central control hub of the rental management system, overseeing booking management, payments, vehicle fleets, vehicle inspections, quality control (QC), vehicle servicing, user management, and website content. Through the dashboard, administrators can monitor the overall condition and activities of the rental system. They are responsible for validating bookings and QC results, managing invoices and payments, maintaining vehicle service records and history, managing users and operational checklists, and generating various rental and vehicle inspection reports that can be printed based on selected filters. In addition to managing rental operations, the Admin is equipped with a Content Management System (CMS) to manage landing page content, including the Hero section, Company Advantages, Contact Information, and Customer Testimonials, without requiring direct changes to the system.
The Digital Guest Book System is a web-based application for recording guest visits that simplifies the registration process, storage of visitor data, photo documentation, and digital signatures, as well as the generation of visit reports in a fast, secure, and integrated manner.
Housekeeping Management System is an application designed to streamline and optimize housekeeping operations through efficient and organized management. It enables users to manage cleaning tasks, schedule work assignments, monitor the status of rooms or areas, generate work reports, and coordinate with housekeeping staff in real time. By providing these features, the system helps improve productivity, maintain high cleanliness standards, and simplify monitoring and reporting for management.
